Following the meeting a design team was assembled, comprised of both NGO members and supporting consultants from FSG Social Impact Advisors and Spitfire Strategies, to carry the proposal forward and to plan for the Alliance’s Annual Meeting. I created a simple template for each planning workstream, with the meeting goals driving the work.
