As we planned the agenda, I realized that it would help if we handled some tasks before the meeting. I suggested we test the proposal for a new Alliance structure, introducing it with a call, circulating a draft and polling members for their level of support as well as requested modifications. Agreement was so complete that we saved valuable meeting time.
